Welcome to Sassy B’s Bites! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Orders and Payments

All orders must be placed through our website or directly with a Sassy B’s Bites representative.

Payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice to confirm your order or event booking. Orders are not considered confirmed until full payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received by the due date.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the time, preparation, and materials required to fulfill your order.

Cancellations made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date will receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellations made within one (1) week of the event date are non-refundable.

No refunds are issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Changes to order dates or quantities may be accommodated at our discretion, depending on availability and production schedules. Additional fees may apply.
Product Quality and Allergies
We take great pride in the quality and presentation of our baked goods. While we make every effort to maintain consistency, slight variations in color, decoration, or design may occur as each item is handcrafted.
Allergy Notice:
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
Pickup, Delivery, and Event Services
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery details.
Sassy B’s Bites is not responsible for orders left uncollected beyond the agreed pickup time.
For events, setup and delivery arrangements must be confirmed in advance. Additional delivery or setup fees may apply.
Once an order has been delivered or picked up, Sassy B’s Bites is not responsible for any damage, spoilage, or mishandling.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sassy B’s Bites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
